On Farm LILY Workshop August 5, 2024

Enjoy the benefits of the online course PLUS a visit to Emily’s operation on August 5, 2024. The on-farm component of The Lily Workshop is a program at Emily’s family nursery and flower farm in beautiful Waitsfield, Vermont. See how her lily operation works firsthand, participate in hands-on lessons, take a tour of the Display Garden, network with other growers, and enjoy a catered lunch. There’s nothing like seeing everything firsthand.

This workshop typically runs from about 9am to 2pm.

While we grow so many tulips during the winter months, lilies form the foundation of our sales during the rest of the year from May all the way into to December! They are a remarkable, but under appreciated flower that can be programmed to grow over many months with the right know-how. We often say that between these two crops alone, we can easily be year-round flower growers.
